Customer Service: Good. Nice people.

External Wash: Fair. Some bird mess still on the bonnet that I had to remove myself afterwards. Nice tyres. Generally nice finish. Streaks on inside of some windows where attention to detail lapsed.

Internal Vaccuum: Poor. Sole reason for visit was to address mouldy smell that appeared after rain. Surface carpets were wet vacuumed. 2 weeks later, the smell remains. I decided to pull up the velcro-fastened floor matting in the boot, only to find the source of the smell - a wet underlay and mould everywhere.

It seems to me that if the purpose of a wet-vac is to remove a mouldy smell, the guy would investigate by removing the boot mat and looking at the underlay for the source, rather than just clean the surface. Might as well have not paid $160 for the service. I'll clean it myself now.

My partner was so impressed with how clean and sparkley my baby was he's going to get his car done too next week! Always happy with the outcome!
