Personable enough bloke when you could get a hold of him. Was pretty keen to help and spent some time loading our camper trailer to bring it north for us. The trouble was that the load was inches smaller than his truck (not the car carrier in some of his advertising material) and it arrived damaged and he had absolutely no interest in helping us resolve the issue. In spite of being asked about insurance before the job, and his webpages stating that he was insured he deferred to the statement "I didn't offer you insurance, but it's $40 per $1000 and $1000 excess." Too little, too late. Transport with his company at your own risk, or as we did, have insurance of your own. Our insurer is paying up on the repairs and pursuing the company for costs.
