The worst business

I now, have my equipment sitting at their workshop for over 7 weeks At an initial inspection cost of $55 with an approximately promise of 10 day wait list. No problems! however, after 2 follow up phonecalls there has been no progress at all furthermore, the latest attempts to call rings out. I am trying to get my equipment back and willing to forget the $55 as a loss. Can't even do that. This business comes across as shonky.

Not happy with service

As per some of the other reviews. I have had a similar experience was charged an inspection fee and told item would be repaired quickly. Two months later and have visited to find item has not been looked at. I don't normally write bad reviews but I feel that other people should know that I did not get good service here. At my visit I was told that I should contact him frequently to chase it up. This is not what I expect when paying for a service. I will not recommend this service and will not use it again.

one star is too many

This is undoubtedly the worst service I have ever had in my life! Dropped my amp in to be fixed paid the 60 fee just to have it looked at and asked how long it would take as I wanted it fixed asap and was told he would prioritise it and have a look at it as soon as possible and get back to me with quote. I let 3 weeks pass before I followed up on progress, he still hadn't had a chance to look at it, said he would get straight onto it and contact me back, another 2 weeks past not even a phone call so I called again, everytime being reassured I would be contacted. This went on for months with a different excuse every time, until after a couple of months he told me he had been waiting for another amp the same to come in to be repaired because he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. So basically that was the last straw because who knows when or if another would come in. This man is unprofessional, didn't seem to know what he was talking about and will not even bother to make contact with you, he has peoples electronics piled up everywhere as soon as you walk in I think he basically takes the 60 fee of everyone and doesn't ever fix a thing! I warn everyone never ever take anything in to be repaired here
