      Disappointed

      On holidays needed the doo done! Needed a Scalp bleach, toned & cut, undercut clippered & greys covered in a darker shade so a colour. I had so many different girls doing my hair 🤷‍♀️ my hairdresser, takes tops 3hrs. Booked for 11am, got out after 3.15pm.. over 4 hours! 😵 I was not impressed. I told them I needed to collect my dog at 2.30pm... "no problem" she says.

      Their excuse was... the girl that took the booking did not explain what you needed so we had to fit you in where we could... 🤔 hang on a minute...Am certain I spoke to the owner who said she was on holidays, "that was confirmed by the hairdresser that started my hair" so I already knew that!!! AND I had explained specifically what I wanted done as explained above, as it isn't your usual everyday doo!!! So whom ever it was!!! that took the booking knew full well the complexity of my hair appointment.

      BTW, half that time was spent just waiting for someone to get to me.

      So to pay $252.50 for this was also pretty steep!
