The service tech turned up as scheduled and had the problem solved within 20 minutes (previous company hadn't fixed it in more than six months). Both the tech and admin staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to express my sincere admiration regarding the efficiency and standard of work performed, my AC had an issue and they came out sorted cleaned and now my unit is performing better than new.

Terrible customer service and attitude! The owner, Mr T could not care less that a job took TWICE as long to complete and was rediculously expensive. Rather than working with the customer to achieve some sort of happy medium all he cares about is 'so are making payment'!!! Absolutely attrocious! Do not recommend this company as they are overpriced and do not care about customer satisfaction at all!!!! They lost out on quiet a bit of work this year! P.s they are not worth 1 star but it made me rate this as the minimum!
