We contacted Kevin as my tenant said that there was no hot water Kevin went out to the house and changed the element in the hot water cylinder and then sent me a invoice for a complete job and I paid the invoice the tenant contacted me later that day that there was no hot water working

I then contacted an electrician to see if there was power and there was no power going to the hot water cylinder so all Kevin did was as he told me

I replaced the element which is the most common part

THERE WAS NO POWER GOING TO THE CYLINDER

It didn’t need a new element TOTAL CONMAN

We had a concealed water leak and contacted Kevin. He arrived promptly and found that the leak was within the house slab. He had to completely re-route our water supply through the roof cavity and remove some bricks on both ends of the house in order to isolate the original water line. I might add that he hand chiselled the mortar out to avoid breaking the bricks which was appreciated because we had no spares. He then replaced the bricks after repairing the water line.
