      The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) owns and manages qtix, which is a Queensland-based ticketing agency.

      QPAC is the state's premier performing arts centre. Located on the banks of the Brisbane river, QPAC is one of four organisations that make up the state's cultural precinct, South Bank.

      QPAC fosters an environment of innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship and learning. The centre is driven by a desire to entertain, a capacity to create and the genuine wish to support moving and memorable experiences.

      I've lost my tickets, what do I do?

      Call one of our box office operators on 136 246 with your booking reference number and explain what has happened. They will arrange for a lost ticket pass (replacement tickets) which can be collected from the box office on the day of the performance only.


      When are the foyers open?

      Generally foyers are open 90 minutes prior to performance start time.


      Why can't I change my date/time/performance?

      It is a condition of sale that there are no cancellations, exchanges or refunds once a purchase has been made.


      Can I take photographs or make recordings during the performance?

      No, due to copyright restrictions, it is not permitted to take any photos or make any recordings of productions.


      How do I use my pre-paid parking voucher?

      Pre-purchased parking is only available for the riverside (performing arts) car park. If you have pre-purchased your parking, simply present the parking ticket to the attendant on entry to the car park. If you have nominated to collect your tickets and parking voucher from the box office, please note you must collect your voucher before you can enter the car park.


      What is qtix?

      Qtix is a Queensland-based ticketing services provider that is owned and operated by QPAC. Tickets to all QPAC events are sold through qtix. Tickets can be purchased by phone, internet or mail as well as in person at the QPAC box office and other ticket outlets. Qtix also provides ticketing services for events staged in venues other than QPAC.


      Where should I park?

      The closest parking is at the riverside car park (also known as the performing arts car park), located on the river side of QPAC on Little Stanley Street. It can be accessed via either Melbourne or Russell Streets or Stanley Place.


      Do you have ATMs?

      There is an ANZ bank ATM located near the main ground floor entrance to QPAC, adjacent to the Cascade Court.


      Do transaction fees apply to bookings?

      Transaction fees apply to all bookings made online, over the phone, in person at the box office, or at any QPAC outlets. This is a per transaction fee, not a per ticket fee, that will be applied at the end of your purchase. The fee does not apply to group and corporate bookings.


      If I want to receive my tickets in the post how long will they take to arrive with me?

      Where you choose to have your tickets delivered to you by post, you can expect to receive them within 7 days of the date of purchase. If you purchase tickets less than 7 days before the performance date tickets must be collected from the box office.
