The Video Factory handled my Samsung warranty cases very poorly — both in 2019 and again in 2025.
Despite technicians immediately confirming faults on-site, they delayed recognition, refused to provide written confirmation, and were difficult to contact.
They blamed phone issues, but the same problems existed years ago.
Breaches of Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act are being formally reported.
Consumers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company.
