      Michael Shows his Business Integrity

      New lenses were recommended by the optometrist at Benowa Gardens. I paid up front but the lenses were not ordered by mistake at the front desk. After a month I called in to inquire what was happening to find this out.

      Michael Hare responded to my harsh review on the same day with a genuine apology and offered to supply the new lenses at no cost.

      The order for the new lenses was given priority and within a week I now have my new lenses. Showing his integrity, there was a refund made immediately with the supply of my new lenses without me having to ask for it.

      I have been a customer with Michael Hare for many years and will continue with him in the future and now retract any harsh words I originally said in my first review because of his actions of recompense and high integrity.

      Best Optometrists - I'd never go anywhere else!!

      Thanks so much to Michael and his team. I always feel so welcomed and cared for here. Not to mention, the awesome pieces of equipment they use, ensuring I have the best eye check possible. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone with my family's eye care as much as I do the team here. Thanks so much! It's worth the drive from northern NSW!!

      going there for 25 years & my family
      In that time I've being greeted with a smile, help from the start, spoken to
      with great manor , treated not as a
      number but as person , there very focused on helping you, if you haven't
      seen Vision Michael Hare Eye care.
      You should , it's hard to see the light if you have no sight, it's clear to say I have no other view... Yours truly.
