Good Health services and Nice staff

I was given a voucher for HRT and didn't realise they only put 6 months on their expiry. I have a young baby and haven't been able to get there all year. When I finally found time and a babysitter I realised the voucher had expired(by only 1 month). The staff were very unhelpful and refused to honour the voucher. They have just basically stolen $60
