I had such a negative experience with the real estate agents from Arthur Conias Toowong. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and generally uninterested in providing any kind of meaningful service.







They changed agents multiple times and each one was similarly unhelpful. It suggests that there may be deeper issues within the company that are contributing to this lack of responsiveness and customer service.







It's also troubling that they seemed to be more concerned with maximizing the benefits for property investors than actually providing any kind of service to their tenants. This kind of attitude is completely inadequate in the Queensland rental market where tenants are treated with as a source or revenue and suggests that they are not interested in building respectful relationships with their tenants.







Overall, I would caution anyone considering leasing from this agent to be very careful and go into it with low expectations. Based on my experience, it seems like they are unlikely to provide any kind of meaningful assistance or support throughout the leasing process, and may actually make things more difficult for you in the long run.

Authur Conias Real Estate is the most unprofessional real estate agency I have ever encountered.

Original inspection time was cancelled and agent promised to ring back when there is a new time confirmed but she never did. called the office to enquire on the inspection time and the receptionist has been very rude and unhelpful. She claimed that "our property manager do not call tenant directly" and refused to get the agent to call me back. She also insisting me to call back during normal office hour if I would like to speak to the property manager. She has also refused to re-schedule another inspection time for me by claiming that I have to arrange with the property manager myself IF THE PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN RENTED OUT BEFORE I SPEAK TO HER. Her "offer of apologies" are extremely insincere and show no interest in getting tenant to look and rent the property.

I have deal with other property managers and they have been helpful in accommodating to the tenants' requests in general if these requests are reasonable. Authur Conias real estate is arrogant, unhelpful and unprofessional. With these attitudes I am doubtful any tenants will want to deal with them in the future as there is a lack of communication between both parties. The receptionist even told me that I could always look for other property / deal with other real estate if I am not happy with them. Bring arrogance to a whole new level.

Although I really like a particular unit of property, their attitude just put me off. I am going to source for other property rather than dealing with them.
