My family has purchased 5 cars from Toowong Mitsubishi, every car we have purchased from there the guys are extremely helpful. When I purchased my new lancer I was assisted by Nick and Sebastian. I must say that both were fantastic but especially Sebastian; he helped me with everything and kept me up to date with delivery and any other queries I had about the car. This is why we always come back to Toowong Mitsubishi. Glenn

Hi Natasha, I have purchased 14 vehicles over 40 years and I have to say my experience at Toowong Mitsubishi was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. The sales person was friendly, keen to gives us what we wanted. I was happy to hand over my money and have recommended Pajero and Toowong Mitsubishi to a number of friends in the caravan club and relations. Thanks, Dennis

Just another Stealership

A button was working intermittently on my steering wheel, so on my yearly service I asked them to look at it... they Quoted $300 in parts and $200 in labour to replace it!

It was literally one screw behind the wheel, i popped it out... low and behold those genius's never plugged it in properly. I plugged it in and problem gone away. Saved $500.

No respect for customers who’s giving business to the dealership by the sales person who was allow

No respect for customers who’s giving business to the dealership by the sales person who was allowed to behave themselves.

Just picked up new car on 6/5/22 Rish the sales guy was very unprofessional, furious, ignorant and egoistic individual. Never trusted him since his first impression along the way who let the whole dealership down from his behaviour the way he dealt with us, was very disappointing. He was so self oriented the way he presented the car to us was unacceptable (we requested proper service of unveiling our new car while my whole family waited for over hour and half my daughters wanted to unveil the new car but he rather droves the car outside and handed keys back to us saying “the car is outside”) didn’t keep any promises he made. But the damage controller Paul was wonderful the way he offered us to show the features of new car when other guy failed to do so while trying to covering up the mess created by Rish still favoured him. When reported the whole Drama to the sales manager Michael (from KEA next door same dealership)she was wonderful this morning she asked to Mitsubishi’s Sales manager to call us who was first not to keen to sort the matter but still covering the back of his team member but finally offered us an apology on his behalf.

We were planning to buy two more cars for our business and my brother from the dealership but since the experience we had not sure now.

Extremely poor response and didn’t honour original price given on new car....

Being a return customer over a number of years with Toowong Mitsubishi, my recent experience when trying to purchase a new car with this dealership has left me extremely dissatisfied. For 3 days I had to chase up a response to an offer I had submitted to no avail. Finally on the 3rd day after speaking to a sales rep I was informed that the offer was rejected and they wouldn’t honour the original price I was given by the sales person (that apparently had been approved by the manager). Get your act together Toowong Mitsubishi and at least be descent enough to honour your word, especially since I was the one waiting on information from you in regards to this deal.

After over 16 years of using this dealer I recently had a very unsatisfactory outcome after buying a new Mitsubishi challenger. Blemish on my paintwork within 12 months of purchase. I Notified the dealer to review and submit for warranty as part of the Service in November 2015. Didn't hear anything for a few months. Phoned and told it hasn't been submitted and I would have to bring the car in again. I did at the next service. Didn't hear anything again for a few months. Phoned and told again that there had been an error and I would need to do it next service. Submission finally occurred in January 2017. Mitsubishi rejected the blemish as none warranty. Recommended I pursue the dealer as if the request had been made at the original date it may have been covered. Poor service, and disappointing that the paintwork appears not to be of the quality of the first challenger I had for 17 years. I won't buy a Mitsubishi again or use Mitsubishi Toowong again.

There are some professional and nice people at this dealership and there was a couple of extremely unprofessional staff. We have bought a few cars over the years and this experience was absolutely terrible. We picked up a $50k plus brand new car with 100km range of fuel in the tank, and over 100km on the clock indicated by an extremely high economy meter on the dash (has been thrashed) no nice gifts or anything, not even a cargo mat which was negotiated upon purchase. The handover was absolutely disgusting and the sales lady was simply extremely rude. We placed a complaint against this dealership and to let Kia Australia know of their representation from this platinum rated yard. Kia called back to confirm issues and will follow up. We haven't heard anything since, not even a call or email from the dealership. WE WILL NOT BE TAKING OUR NICE KIA TO THEM FOR ANY AFTER WORK / SERVICES.
My advice is be very wary of this yard. Some staff are excellent and highly recommend while others, just walk away and ask for other staff to help. Do not expect any effective after sales support. We wont be recommending this yard to our friends and wont be buying any future cars from them.
