Phoned the store as I was unsble to use my purchase due to lack of information at the time of purchase. When I phoned, Bob hung up in my ear. Absolutely disgraceful!!! Go to Brisbane, go anywhere but this place!!!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Was unable to use my purchase after we handed over the big $$ fue to lack of information provided. When I phoned, Bob hung up in my ear, I would have thought way better of the older generation...disgraceful. Will end up returning due to that alone. Very very poor!!!
