Tower Court Motel The

Was booked to stay with the hotel and prior to the visit the owners [Rhys & Larysa] got in touch welcoming me to their property and then offered me deals on the sites and surrounds around the local area. I thought – great, this must be a good joint!!!



Then the dreaded Covid struck and unfortunately had to cancel my stay – but only found out less than 24 hours before I was to travel to the hotel. Did the correct thing and got in touch with the owners requesting for either a refund and/or a credit but the owners came back to me saying that they have a 48 hour cancellation policy and that I would be charged the stay. Come on, in this day and age of Covid where everything is so fluid and things changes so unexpectedly, I would have expected some good faith from the hotel and allow me to come back for a later stay. But a big NO!!!!



Funnily enough, the other holiday provider for the next day was more than willing to accommodate me and has given me an unlimited credit to be used anytime, and I gave the same less than 24 hour notice!!! So this facility didn’t budge from their 48 hour cancellation policy – be very wary of this establishment - so a definite 1/5 stars and POOR rating for this!!!!!!!!
