They have been looking after my hair for several years - lovely colours, great styling - they take good care of you!!

I get my hair done regularly at Platinum. Shay is my regular hairdresser but if she is busy all the girls do an amazing job and look after me and make me feel welcome. I love my colour and they always do a great blow dry.

Jacqui is very experienced in all hair styles, cuts & colours. From the moment you walk in to the salon you feel welcomed. I recommend Platinum Hair to everyone who wants a great hair style.

I tried Platinum Colour and Style because the shop looks very modern, bright and appealing and it is always busy.
I had a very enjoyable experience with the management and staff and found Jackie to be an all round professional.
The results for me were exceptional both in colour and the style, I am happy to say I will become a "regular" customer.

I recently moved to the Tweed Heads area and visited Tweed City Shopping Precinct, whilst there I called into Platinum Colour and Style to book an appointment. Karen on Reception was absolutely lovely so helpful and friendly, she asked one of the stylists who had almost finished her client if she could colour my hair and asked me to take a seat. Tara came over to see if I would like a tea or coffee and gave me some hair magazines to have a look at. Jackie then came over and introduced herself and asked what I would like to do to my hair. She suggested a colour and re-style and promptly started the process, we chatted away throughout my visit and afterwards I rebooked for a cut in six weeks time. I have given a five star rating as the salon is absolutely stunning with modern dcor and good background music, very clean and comfortable, the staff are obviously very happy in their jobs and I have recommended to my friends and family, look forward to seeing you all again soon :)

Terrible!

The staff were rude and when they thought I wasn't looking were gesturing at me implying that I smelt bad.
The hairdresser who cut my hair didn't listen to me when I was telling her what I wanted and I ended up with a completely different style that what I went in with.
She also didn't talk at all during my hair cut or try to make any small talk at all.

Absolutely appalling and I wont be going back.
