We engaged with the previous owners who didn’t give us much but ever since we started working with the new owners of Stroud Homes South Brisbane Dave has been extremely efficient and providing us not only with a quality home but a dream.

We have had a nightmare experience building with Stoud in Jimboomba.
If anyone is considering doing so I would strongly suggest speaking to people who have actually completed the build. The site supervisor who is also part franchise owner is unbelievably arrogant.
After being promised the highest in build quality our dream house is ruined.
From the time we signed the contract we've had nothing but issue, after issue.
Trying to get them back to fix the work or even give us a final build certificate has been a nightmare
My advise build with a cheaper builder like GJ Gardener or Dixon or anyone really. You can build a bigger house at the same quality for a lot less money.
I have contacted every person in Stroud possible and gotten no where.

I am furious, I feel deceived and ripped off
