I bought a fridge from this so-called “doggy” business, and it completely broke down in just two months! Absolute waste of money. When I reached out for help, they were unresponsive and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer service.



The fridge was clearly faulty from the start, and they made zero effort to stand by their product or offer any real solution. Now I’m stuck with a useless appliance and extra expenses.

My housemates and I bought a refrigerator from arash earlier this year. However, just within a week, we felt that that the fridge lost its temperature which I reckon is what many other customers experienced here as well. A repair man was sent to our house to spray some degreaser. However, the fridge was still not really functioning properly. Ice that was kept in the freezer would melt! Until recently, our food has gone bad in the refrigerator as it lost more of its temperature day by day. Arash was extremely rude and did not bother answering to our requests for help. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS, very unethical.

We got a fridge and washer, and what a stupid decision. Fridge stopped working in a couple days, causing us to lose about $200 worth of groceries while we waited the two days for their repair man to come out and we’re told that it’s not his fault the fridge never worked. Had to travel an hour to collect washer hoses myself because they weren’t delivered with the appliances, and to top it all off the washer is full of mould.

Just a dodgy business selling dodgy second hand goods.

The 3 month warranty is as useless.

The owner Arrash is rude and wont help once he has your money.

I advise you buy a cheap new machine. Be warned!

Bought a washing machine for my shareholders, has been faulty since the moment we brought it home but we made do - After 6 months the machine doesn’t even spin anymore.



The service was dodgy, the payment was a bank transfer - I should’ve known better.



Just invest some money in a new appliance. Don’t give these people your money.

Bought a Fisher&Paykel fridge from this mob off Gumtree, thinking I'd scored a nice deal. How foolish I was.



The fridge and freezer lost its temperature before the 3mth warranty period and the fan had stopped spinning.



Arash came to "fix" it by spraying some degreaser into the freezer fan. Within an hour, the fan had stopped again.



I requested a refund, and for days he promised to come pick up the fridge and would then cancel on me. After three days of cancellations, he insisted the fridge is working properly, even claiming that the reason my ice cream wasn't freezing properly was because there is too much "glucose" in it.



You're better off spending a little extra on a new fridge that works, instead of something that breaks down after a few months.
