      great wood/service

      our wood has just been delivered, prompt efficient service. Unfortunately it was trundled, I love it when it isn't, it brings memories of crawling through the paddock in the old farm ute picking-up wood for the next couple of weeks of winter. but hey! this is Canberra.

      Exorbitant delivery fees, poor quality wood

      Had some firewood delivered pre-season and it was fine. This 4 ton load was half over sized with lots of dust and fibre (so much for trundle cleaning as advertised). The driver left witrh bin raised and ripped a significant branch off a specimen Himalayan Pine. To top it off the delivery fee of $240 for a 10 minute trip was totally over the top. Will need to look for a quality supplier. Hard to write this as I come from Eden (now Queanbeyan) and this mob from Pambula I'd call local.
