Used twice. delivered 1 day late on both occasions and picked up 3 days late. Also cause $1000 of damage to kerb driving over with skip wagon. Will not be using again.

No idea how they stay in business. Bin has been sitting in my driveway for a month. Numerous phone calls and emails just ignored

If I could give NO STARS I would. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY USELESS!

We had a skip paid $310 for on Wednesday, to be delivered Friday. After checking there was in fact no time for drop off scheduled in the email confirming details, I emailed shortly before 9am to check on a time for delivery. I was not contacted at all via phone, but an email sent 1.24pm saying delivery would not happen today and it had been rescheduled for Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I tried calling 9am to get "please contact us during our opening hours". Nothing at all by 1pm, no call, no email, no delivery. My partner and I needed the skip asap, its tome sensitive in nature, thus why I booked for Friday. So we went on the hunt and literally the only option available was a towable Mobile Skip that we picked up at a Bunnings two suburbs over, for $480... We needed it, so we paid it and brought it home.

This morning just before 8am these people have the AUDACITY to try to deliver this skip 3 DAYS LATE! We refused delivery and yet again emailed them.

So far there have been multiple emails stating that we request a refund, in between all this rigmarole, with another sent this morning after their delivery attempt. They have responded a couple of times to my partner only, and stated they dont refund, and they have also called us liars over the cost of the bin we successfully hired through Bunnings.

These people are rude, unreliable, and not worth anyone wasting their money on. They may be the cheapest, but that's for a reason. Pay the extra $20 and go with the next company available - but check the reviews first! I wish I had!!

2 days late of delivery; even later on pick up.

I booked a Skip Bin online ,



Noting, I wanted the Bin placed at the back of my property .



A very large truck arrived that was too big to access my driveway to the back of my property.



The very lovely driver contacted the office to say the truck was too big for my driveway and a smaller truck was required to deliver the skip bin.



That's when it all went down hill ,

I had the absolute misfortune of speaking with the managers daughter she would have to be the rudest , obnoxious person I have ever had the misfortune to speak with

She was extremely rude telling me it was my problem that my driveway couldn't accommodate their truck and that there is an $80 cancellation fee .



I said I don't want to cancel , I need the Skip Bin I'd like it delivered by a truck that could fit up my driveway.



As I had previously had a Skip buns delivered to the back of my property by other companies.



She said they don't have any smaller trucks and demanded I provide my credit card details immediately over the phone and pay $80 cancellation fee for to cover the trucks petrol cost and drivers time .



She also stated he was doing me a favour delivering this skip to me as the bin had become available at the last minute



Shocked and horrified I asked if they the bin had only become available last minute when had she intended on advising me that they were not going to deliver a bin.



She then again demanded I pay the $80 cancellation fee even though I had already paid $580 for a Bin they weren't supplying and only to be told I would get a refund in a few days.





The truck driver then informed me he had picked up the Skip from my neighbours house a few houses up the road .

So there was no additional time or petrol expense inccurred.

I ordered a 3 cubic metre skip bin form this dodgie company and they delivered the skip bin but there big truck reversed on my driveway and damaged a big part of my driveway which I told them when I ordered the skip bin that the truck is not allowed to drive up my driveway because of the size and weight of the truck but they did not care and damaged my driveway. This was when they dropped off the skip bin, then when it came time to picking up the skip bin I called the company in the morning and told them that I did not want the truck to come on my driveway because of what occurred when they dropped it off and when it came time to picking up the skip bin I made sure I told the receptionist again that I did not want the truck to come on my driveway and she responded that she will inform the driver of the truck not to drive on the driveway with there truck and when it came time later that afternoon for the truck to come and pick up the skip bin the truck once again drove on my driveway and damaged my driveway much more than the first time.

I recommend that no one goes through this company as they do not take instructions from customers and they do not care about customers property because they responded with my complaint by saying on our website read the Terms and Condition which in short says they do not take any responsibility to damage to customers property even thou I gave them hours and hours of notice for there truck not to drive on my driveway and they said they will tell the driver of the truck not to drive on my driveway but still they did and caused a lot of damage and will not repair my driveway.

Even when I called to complain the receptionist was rude to me.

I would absolutely not recommend anyone ordering skip bins from this company.

Very poor Customer Service and very poor professionalism to take ownership of the responsibility of damaging my driveway and repairing my driveway!!!

The Skip Bin we ordered was delivered the next day and because pick up day was a Saturday, we got 2 extra days for free!



Highly recommend this company and will use them again when required.

We had a skip bin delivered and expected it to be collected after 4 days considered that we requested an early pick-up. 2 weeks later the bin is still on our property and holding back construction.

After several phone calls I was told by a very rude person that it will be picked up whenever it will be picked up... Not really good if one has to get trades on site and the bin blocks access and construction is paused.

We do not recommend this company at all.
