      I would like to subdivide my land and I don't know where to start?

      Give us a call and make an appointment to discuss the development potential of your land. Not all land can be subdivided. Each local Council has its own set of rules known as the LEP (Local Environmental Plan), which outlines the type of land that can be subdivided and minimum lot sizes. We are more than happy to discuss your options.
