      North Ringwood Medical Centre has been serving the community in North Ringwood and outer eastern Melbourne since 1984.North Ringwood Medical Centre provides administrative, business and clinical support to a diverse range of doctors, who are committed to delivering quality health care underpinned by clinical knowledge and compassion.The doctors who practice here are fully qualified and have chosen family medicine as their field of expertise. In addition to medical services we have on site allied health professionals for when you need more specific care.In maintaining high standards North Ringwood Medical Centre is an accredited general practice and medical teaching practice.Please be advised that at this point in time, known COVID-19 positive patients are kindly asked to book a telehealth appointment.

      We know that your time is valuable so patients are seen by appointment. If your matter is urgent please inform the reception staff. In order to reduce waiting times patients should request longer consultations if they have multiple or complex issues. New patients are asked to arrive earlier than their appointment to allow for registration of details.       In addition to further training in family medicine, the general practitioners at North Ringwood Medical Centre participate in ongoing professional development. The medical centre is also a medical teaching practice, and hosts doctors that are completing their general practice training.

      North Ringwood Medical Centre recognises the importance of early detection and removal of skin cancers. 2 out of 3 Australians will have a skin cancer by the time they turn 70 (Cancer Council NSW). Dr Andrew Albantow and Dr Natasha Gupta have advanced training in detection of skin cancer and treatment of skin cancer. Some of their training is from leading organisations including Skin Cancer College Australia, Health Cert (Bond University) and Australasian College of Cutaneous Oncology.

      A total ripoff

      I would avoid using the Telehealth service because I used it on Monday afternoon 13th November 2003 with Dr Jack. They are now trying to charge me $19 when before I made the appointment I was told it was bulk bill so I would recommend making an appintment to see one of the doctors instead.
