We had a pergola built a couple of years ago, it leaked with rain the week after being built. We contacted Adam's who said someone would come fix it. It continued to leak, we continued to call and email. We always received a response that someone would get back to us, that Tony (the owner) would be notified and call us but we never heard anything. We contacted fair trading who asked them to contact us 18months later, Tony did ring and say they would be out, but that was now over a month ago. I have rang again and was told the same thing "Tony will contact me".
Extremely poor customer service and quality. We have had builders review the work, and it is sagging in the gutters due to not being built property, rushed work with screws not even holding anything, and the constant leaks.
I am hoping my review prompts contact, as it seem it did another review below.

Over 25 years we have used this company because Tony and his team have always been very helpful and the workmen are always very good tradesmen and know there stuff. We have had them build several different things for us including, carports, enclosed rooms and awnings and have always had great results and workmanship. We have recomend Tony and crew to anyone we know that is building something and would recomend them again.

I rang to request a quote, was told someone would call me back the following day. I got a call about a week later. A time was organised for someone to come out and give a quote on a carport. We organised to be home for the time organised, no one showed up. We rang and left a message for someone to call us. We got a call the following morning and were told they couldn't make it because they were very busy. I said that we were very busy as well and that we should have received a courtesy phone call to say they couldn't make it. I will go elsewhere where my business is wanted and where I receive better customer service! I can't comment on the quality of work, because I won't be using this company.

Since posting my review we have had the owner of Adams New Dawn come out to our premises. They have been able to finish the job to our satisfaction with a great result. Their workmanship is excellent.
