Very experienced property management firm and nice people.

I was left waiting and I am busy and don't think this is good for business

Helped a friend clean the house she was renting from Robina Realty. Left the house absolutely spotless, it was in better condition then when she first moved in. They had the audacity to say it was not clean enough, i can assure you that we left it extremely clean, plus they tried to rip them off, saying they owed money when everything was up to date. STAY AWAY FROM THIS REAL ESTATE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Also they tried to get this so called extra $100 for nothing, just like Bali F. said. My friend disputed all claims, had to wait for 3 months before she got her bond back. Which she got every single cent because all there claims were false and the RTA agreed. STAY AWAY

Nothing gets fixed, move out and it will take five weeks to get bond back, you will have to go back three or four times to clean even though it's spotless they even wanted another $100 to have there cleaner clean more and once I mentioned I'm going to the RTA I was told, "oh it's ok" I only received the final amount owing for water five weeks after moving out. By the time we left the dishwasher didn't work, the aircon didn't work, the stove didn't work, power points and light fittings falling out due to a leak that went unfixed the garage roof was about to collapse. I've been renting for 15yrs and three of those were with this real estate and they are the worst I've ever dealt with. Highly unprofessional and can't be trusted they will try to get money off you were ever they can.

Worst realestate ever, they don't fix anything that is broken. We had a dishwasher and aircon that we didn't even use for 3 years as they were broken when we moved in. We had a whole lot of things in the end that needed fixing as they don't fix things straight away. We moved out due to this. When we were moving we spent hours cleaning the house and paid for the carpets to be done. Had to pick the keys back up as we got a message saying the carpets werent cleaned properly and we left stuff behind. We fixed the carpet and handed the keys back 3 days later to get the exit report on the day we gave the keys back and now have to pick the keys up once again to have another carpet cleaner in and go and clean things that have already been cleaned and spend another whole day cleaning. Rant over!!

I highly recommend any bond students or any over seas students stay well away from Robina realty as they will treat you like a idiot and all you have is to deal with issue after issue after issue with them I could go on for days about how terrible they are, if you don't trust this review by all means go to them and see for yourself!, have a wonderful day and I'm sorry that I've unfortunately had to give this review as I'm only stating facts and don't want you or anybody else to experience what I've already experienced personally and most likely future tenants will to.
