Glenvue Wholesale Nursery has been selling plants at Rye on the Mornington Peninsula since 1996. As a local family, owned and operated business we pride ourselves in growing a large range of plants that will suit local conditions having a detailed knowledge of the local climate and conditions. We grow a large variety of plants local to the Southern Mornington Peninsula. Also we grow many plants that will tolerate dry conditions and sandy soils and as we grow our own plants they're competitively priced at wholesale prices
Since 1996, Glenvue Retail Nursery has been growing and supplying plants from our Rye property on the Mornington Peninsula. As a family-owned and operated nursery, we focus on offering plants that thrive in local conditions, including sandy soils and dry climates. Our wide selection includes indigenous species native to the Southern Peninsula, drought-tolerant natives, and hardy non-native varieties. Our experience ensures customers receive healthy, robust plants suited to gardens, landscapes, or large-scale projects across the region.
In 2006, we opened our gates to the public and expanded our offerings beyond wholesale. Open seven days a week (except major holidays), we provide tube stock to 300mm pots, as well as seedlings, herbs, succulents, citrus, and winter bare-root fruit trees. We also stock a range of potting mixes, composts, and mulches. With wholesale pricing for retail customers, Glenvue delivers both value and quality for home gardeners, landscapers, and plant enthusiasts alike.
Our plant range is carefully curated to suit the Mornington Peninsula environment. We offer Australian natives, indigenous species, and non-native plants—each selected for their hardiness and adaptability. We are open to both wholesale and retail customers. Since 2006, we’ve welcomed the public with wholesale pricing.

We grow and sell a wide variety of indigenous, native, and non-native plants, including trees, shrubs, grasses, ground covers, climbers, herbs, succulents, and citrus.
Do you stock garden supplies as well?
Yes. We offer a selection of potting mixes, compost, and various mulches in bags to complement our plant range.
Are your plants suitable for local conditions?
Yes. We specialise in plants suited to the Southern Mornington Peninsula’s dry climate and sandy soils, including many drought-tolerant varieties.
