Over the course of his career, Tim has collaborated with exceptional colleagues, supported diverse teams, and worked alongside competitors with mutual respect.

He has delivered Employee Assistance Programs and Critical Incident Debriefing services to some of Australia’s largest public and private organisations. With sharp analytical insight, attention to detail, and a strong sense of justice, Tim has helped individuals and couples adapt to change, overcome adversity, and heal from trauma. He is a passionate advocate for those facing disadvantage, working to secure resources and amplify voices that might otherwise go unheard—because hardship can touch any of us.
