Room ok but had overpowering stench of public lavatory disinfectant. Dinner in restaurant disappointing - poor service and average expensive food - the apricot pie tasted very much like a Sarah Lee heated up in a microwave. Shower recess very low entrance, hand basin did not drain - hard to see this as 3 star in anyone's rating system. Lacking in personality more suitably described as a neat motel.

Asked for an early chech in a month early for a young couple going to a wedding and an elderly couple in their 90's going to the same wedding. Checked at 8.00 and a
Was told it was flagged and in hand.
Managed to get one couple in 10 minutes earlier than 2.00 pm and the other couple 20 minutes early at 1.40
An uncle at Clare Valley motel asked for the same and got in at 12 noon.
Serious lack of organisation and cooperation. So very disappointing for such a lovely venue.
