Have used the company a couple of times. Not being a helicopter customer, I have left the cleaner to their own devices to get the job done. suspicious that they do not move furniture ( In my case everything is safe to move and nothing would fall or be damaged) I watched this time to find they moved nothing, didn't even open a sliding door to get a maximum area. If you pay for a room to be cleaned, you expect the whole room to be cleaned, not half. Questioning the cleaner, he said we don't move furniture. Can you imagine what their kitchen floors must look like with nothing moved for cleaning. Was offered they can wash windows, can you imagine how well that would be done. Would the screens be removed, dust, cobwebs brushed off before cleaning? You have done your dash, plenty of carpet cleaners out there, who would like business.

A lady from the office rang my wife claiming to be the best carpet cleaner in Adelaide so we thought we would give them a try, the cleaner did a terrible job on our carpets , he couldn't be bothered shifting anything to the side, was supposed to do a dry clean and remove the stains , my vacuum machine did a better job, it was a complete waste of money. If any of their sales team ring , hang up.

This company cold called me a year ago, did a terrible job and invoiced the wrong name, number, address etc for months until I got it corrected and paid it. Since then they have continued to call me every few weeks offering further services - to which I have told them each time to remove my number and stop harassing me. It doesn't stop. It never stops. Their number is blocked and they call from mobiles and leave voicemails at least monthly. Don't use them!
