I took my wedding band and matching engagement ring to sell at the Glenelg store. Not only did this woman offer me only $380 for both, when I had the evaluation certificate with the price being $3000, she actually criticised the quality of the diamonds! I did not accept this disgusting offer so I left embarrassed and angry! I took the rings to the Cash Converters up the road and was met by Debra a lovely and friendly lady who loved my wedding set and will sell it as such. I was given $850 for both and am absolutely delighted! I hope others will learn from my experience and am so grateful to God I voted with my feet!

Wanted to get appraisal on my luminor watch but felt like they were more than interested in judging rather than helping.
I thought going there they would be helpful but they said mark nihon would most likely.not do appraisal on my watch which is worth over $14000 .
They seem to judge you more than help you .

A bunch of miserable old ladies working there check other reviews I thought I was the only one who experienced this, It’s amazing service this bad exists this day and age. Places like this should be named and shamed I’m happy to take my business elsewhere and I’m glad I went in so I can warn people about places like this.

Really not happy with them. You think you could trust an establishment such as Adelaide exchange but in reality, no!! Deceitful, if you are selling gold, make sure to know exactly the weight of your gold. Yes, it is my fault as I just didn’t question it at the time but only few hours later. And the answer I got from them is: “ too bad, you signed on it, nothing we can do now! And I find that intolerable! Never going back ! Lost 510 dollars ! Live and learn …
