Took a day off work to move house hired a truck got on the highway and could only go 80 km. The truck needed a wheel alignment bad. Due to this problem we couldn't bring the truck back on time so we rang the office spoke to Paul he said bring the truck back tomorrow but I just had to bring it back that night because I had to go to work the next day.

After 17 years of being a loyal customer you think that they would tell me some hidden costs but no they didn't tell me that there would be a cost to go to Victor Harbour when I confronted them they said it's in the contract, also they charged me for a late fee and petrol fee but I could have had the truck back just after 6:00. If I was able to drive the truck at 100 km on the highway and because I wanted to get the truck back as soon as possible I didn't want to get petrol I just wanted to take the truck back and all these problems happened. They thought they could give a dodgy truck to a woman and they thought they could make some money off me. 6 dollars per litre they charged me 250 dollars out of my bond wow they need money and they ripped me off.
