      We provide microchipping, dentistry, and weight loss vet services.

      Blue Lake Veterinary Clinic is a solely small animal clinic that offers services to a wide range of species including dogs, cats, rabbit, rats, mice, ferrets, reptiles, fish, birds and marsupials! Our vets offer 50 years of combined experience so we are well equipped to deal with any problem.

      The clinic provides a full range of services including: Vaccinations and annual health examinations Preventative medicine and wellness examinations In house pathology Well-equipped surgery Digital X-ray and ultrasound facilities Endoscope procedures Full complement of external laboratories Accident and emergency care Behavioural management and advice

      Prevention: To ensure the ongoing good health of your pet, we can provide up-to-date vaccinations for your dog, cat, ferret or rabbit, as well as nutritional advice and protection from parasites including fleas and worms. We encourage new bird and reptile health exams and also offer a wide range of services and support for the care of Australian native wildlife.

      We offer general surgery services, including desexing of dogs, cats, rabbits and other domestic animals as well as soft tissue and orthopaedic surgeries including bone pinning and cruciate repairs.

      How long does it take to apply?

      Applications take around 5 minutes to complete. Make sure you have your online banking login details, proof of identity and employment information handy to help with a speedy application. Most applications are decided within the same business day, however applications submitted on weekends or that require further information may take longer.


      How do repayments work?

      Repayments are automatically direct debited from the payment method that you added when you created the account. You can change the payment method at any time and the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly as long as you're covering the minimum monthly repayments.       Reception staff have no communication skills this is no way to run a business, management will fob you off saying they are not rude really !!! People don’t complain online for no reason 🤷‍♀️. Listen to your feedback

      A great country practice

      An excellent practice that I have used since retiring to the Mount in 2017. Their people and vets are professional through and through. Congrats Blu Lake vets for caring for our late Jessy.

      Excellent service

      Caroline and her superb team of nurses and receptionists are compassionate and love the animals in their care. I can't thank them enough for the care they have given to my dog Jacko who has had to have two operations. Nothing is too much trouble for them and i love the way Caroline explains everything to you in plain english. I certainly recommend them.
