Found the guy on the phone to come across very rude .made me vwry angry and you lost my bisuness.so glad it was over the pbine and not inperson

I agree with the two other fellas. Really rude customer service. And they don't serve customers after 4.30 even though they close at 5pm. Had everything ready to go but they refused the sale.

I used to buy a lot of supplies through these guys.i went to them because i was local, and i dint know that cousins (newtons) was only 5 mins down main nrth rd. It was very hard to deal with them. extremely rude, and no customer service, even for a regular like me. I had bought a few hundred dollars worth of gravel and sand on one occasion, and needed a bag of cement to finish of my concrete capping. i went there in a hurry and arrived with 5 mins to spare before closing. The owner wouldnt serve me and told me he had parked his trucks and didnt want to serve me!! i couldnt believe it..it would have taken 2 mins to do the transaction.
On another occasion he yelled at me like a little child because i had parked my ute and trailer in the "wrong place" I gladly would have complied and moved the car if he had asked me nicely. these are just a couple of the many things that have happened. i refuse to go there anymore, aven if i am desperate. I have been going to newtons, down the rd, and never had an issue. They are always happy to help, and even served me after closing once. You need to take care of customers these days. As i am in the construction industry, acacia has lost thousands upon thousands of dollars from me.

I called them up because i need some firewood for a pizza night and was running late because of work. They told me that they close a 4pm so i arrived there at 3.30 and the person there was the rudest person that i've ever seen and told me they wont sell me fire wood!!! I won't go there ever again!! Even if i'm desperate
