I've been a customer of theirs for almost a year now and I've never had any problems. Refreshing exceptional service

They responded in an evasive manner and were rude at times insinuating I had lied about receiving good damages even criticising me for not opening the box properly. Australia post has assessed my damaged parcel and placed liability back on the pharmacy who packed and sent it because medication was not packed adequately for the postal service and told me I could ask for replacement/refund under Aus Consumer Law …they refused to help me and refused a refund DONT USE NORWOOD PHARMACY…you will not be treated fairly or be able to claim loss if your meds go missing get damaged
