Absolutely a disaster for myself. To start with they are late for my appointment for more than 40 minutes. Then the package of "Hair Package Including Style Cut, Nourishing Treatment and Blow Dry. Valued at $79" reduced to only simple hair cut.
What 's even worse is that there is no skill at all. A worst ever hair cut I have experienced for all these years.

I would never step into that store in my life.

Worst hair experience ever! The consultation was fine, sounded like the hairdresser knew what she was doing but was cagey about cost, promised a special price. On the day I had a colour, supposedly chocolate brown but turned out grey green and did not cover the roots or the old colur. I pointed this out and was told she had done a special ambre colour. How that was possible when only one colour was applied is beyond me. I had a brazillian blow out. Great promise in the consultation, okayishresult on the day BUT it did mean my hair needed a trim once it was straight. No worries, happy to do so but as I was growing my hair I agreed to a few centimetres. It was cut straight across and I was told it would be fixed up later after the colour. When it came time to fix it up, the hairdresser said she wanted to see me with shortish hair that touched my shoulders. I wasn't that happy with the idea but before I knew it, my hair had been snipped to shoulder length and then the fix up began. Not so much of a fix up as a hack job. Who uses razors still and on curly hair! It was really hacked at and has no shape or style to it at all. And to add insult to injury, the cost was $570, which at mylook of horror was reduced to $450. When I complained about the colour I was given a host of excuses from the lighting in the salon to the brazillian blowout not allowing the colur to take. And this was after the ambre excuse. I was offered another appointment to come back and have more colour done but there was no wayI was ever going back. I could not wait to get out of there and find a real hairdresser to fix it all up. This was about a month ago and the brazillian blow out has disappeared already. I don't use products with sulphates etc so it cant be that and I have only washed my 6 or 7 times in that period so it can't be that. Clearly poor application and more deception. NEVER go this salon. It's just a host of neverending lies trying to cover complete incompetence.

Evie is the best hairdresser out there, Evie have been doing my hair for 10 or more years now!!! Even when I wasn't sure what I wanted she made me look beautiful!!! :)
