The way he spoke to his helper while moving my boyfriend and I was beyond reprehensible. He's actually very lucky his helper is clearly in need of the money and a job, or I'm sure the younger, stronger young man would have decked the old man. It really is only a matter of time. You can see how he struggles with the physicality of the job and it effects him, manifesting into a pathetic insecurity he takes out while dealing with his more physically capable young helper. A little bit of weight training may help curb this, Andrew. Maybe just acceptance of the fact you will never be the strong one of the duo. I can not recommend.

Shortly after moving I realised one of my boxes places on the truck did not arrive. The truck was empty prior and only a few of the heavier boxes were placed on the truck, the rest were moved by myself. I messaged Andrew as he was doing a move for another person straight after to see if it had been left on the truck and delivered at the next place. He reported that he checks the truck before leaving and does not have the details for the other person to contact to ask. It’s a shame contact details are not kept by Andrew in this event. I have lost hundreds of dollars of fabric due to this. A recommendation would be to make sure if you are moving that you number every box to ensure what goes on the truck comes off.
