The trainer with the blonde hair was passive aggressive and rude towards me and it made me feel uncomfortable. The equipment is old and needs replacing. The toilets/change rooms smell like poo and toilets don’t flush properly. Too overpriced for the equipment provided. Don’t waste your money go elsewhere.

It’s a great club with lots of choice, great group fitness classes and the bathroom and club are so clean. It’s open 24/7 so I can go when it works and other members are lovely. Love the new reformer Pilates studio!

A staff memer called me a profane name Yet without members how could they be in business? They don't appreciate who is putting food on their families tables. Sauna smells as people don't shower prior to entering. Bathroom has no soap
