Campbell Plumbing & Maintenance

I contacted them over two weeks ago to provide me with a quote. They apparently aren't capable to do the job. I haven't heard from them, every time I ring them asking for the quote they told me lies. I contacted their office and spoke to their receptionist who said they're in the middle of processing my quote. Still waiting for the quote I contacted the boss he said he will discuss with his employee he sent me the next day regarding what works I required and get back to me with a recommendation. Still quite, I contacted the guy who attended on site, he said that his boss is going to do the quote and nothing since then. They could've said they can't do it but it seems weird they act like that! frustrating!!!!!
