I was previously using a national franchise company that at face value appeared to be doing a great job. Some administrative issues and ever changing Property Managers causing me undue grief and gave me cause to look else where for other options. After researching a few agencies, both national groups and and small independents, I chose Tim Morris Real Estate to take care of my properties. I love the service I am experiencing through Tim Morris Real Estate, with Tim and his team are exceeding my expectations. Timely and regular communication offered through the leasing process and detailed condition reports of my properties give me the peace of mind that they are being looked after. Increasing rental returns were something that my previous agent advised that were not in my best interest to ensure continued tenancy of my investments. Since Tim and his team have been managing my properties my rental incomes have increased and repairs and maintenance expenses have decreased. I have no hesitation in recommending Tim and his team to manage rental properties to all my friends and am disappointed that that I did not change over sooner. Thanks guys for all your great work!!! Tim is a truly amazing person and a great Landlord... I have been renting a property from Tim for 8 months now and have nothing but praise and kind words to say about him. I can't rave about Tim Morris Real Estate more. We have used Tim for the last 6 months for our first ever investment property. We didn't know what we had to do and the best way to go about it so I called up Tim and he came around and walked us thru the whole thing explaining everything in great detail.
He gave us a rental price guide and he got us great tenants in an extremely short time (from memory it was a week or less). We haven't had any issues with the tenant or with Tim.
Can highly recommend Tim Morris Real Estate for buying or selling investment or renting.
It's a small business and that's what we wanted, the personal touch is the difference between them and the big guys....
