From the start, visiting the statewide office and investigating on purchasing a pool until the end when everything was completed and handed over. The whole process was absolutely stress free and fun! Extremely happy with the team at statewide!

Can;t write a review as they are nowhere finishing my pool and no idea when they will as they give me dates and don't turn up

I can comment on the promise to get the bow out of the pool - I have been told they will fix but haven't yet

I can comment on the mess they have left on my drive and surrounding pool area - I have been told they will fix but haven't yet



I can comment on the ability to show customer how to clean the pool which still have dirt and base they dropped in when filling pool - I was told that they will clean half of it and they will show me how to get the other load out...............



I can comment on the ability of the fencing contractor's driving skills - Only because they broke my wall on the way down drive, which seemed to annoy them and didn't bother to apologise



Can comment on being asked for extra money for the fence to stay longer - even though pool nowhere near finished



Would I recommend to anyone????????????

Had a pool from Statewide Pools installed and I had nothing but problems After ten months Statewide pools came and put in eight patches in my pool Their customer service is next to none Nothing was done by Statewide pools to fix the water leaks and I had no option but to get consumer affairs involved as I had to get someone myself to fix the problems I would never recommend Statewide Pools to anyone

I rarely write reviews (let alone bad ones), but felt compelled to write a review about them. I have an investment property in Christies Beach in Adelaide, and trusted Statewide Pools to perform the removal of the swimming pool a few years ago.. They took $410 as a deposit before starting any work, and when they went onsite, notified me that they could NOT perform the work. However, they WOULD NOT return my deposit, claiming they'd already paid their contractor to perform the work... not sure how this is my problem.. they should never have provided a quote and requested a deposit if they weren't able to complete the work! After several complaints and a failed attempt at the Small Claims tribunal (due to me not preparing the paperwork correctly), I gave up.
Avoid this company - you may end up paying for their mistakes.

I will happily post photographic evidence of this if Statewide Pools claim that they don't know who I am.

We recently had a large Roman -style pool installed by Statewide Pools at an extremely competitive price. We could not be happier with the result. The pool is stunning and exactly what we asked for. It was installed on time without any problems whatsoever. We were also impressed to see that the pool was made locally. Paigee and his staff were a pleasure to do business with - thank you Paigee and the staff for a wonderful pool and a stress-free building experience! We would recommend Statewide Pools to anyone contemplating purchasing a pool; in fact we already have recommended Statewide Pools to a friend who, after seeing our pool and reviewing the price, has now ordered his family pool from Statewide Pools. Once again, thanks to the team at Statewide Pools.

worst experience ever, 3 years of pool problems, have had the coping replaced 5 times, yes five times kept lifting, cracking and falling into the pool, pool pump blew up 2 weeks outside warranty, pool installer installed pool heater onto the coping and not 5mt away from pool as per manufactures instructions, made me dig the trench to move pipes, pool lights are hanging in the pool was not fitted correctly, refuses to return calls or emails, taking legal action to recover the repair cost. Great Aussie dream to own a pool has become the great Aussie nightmare. Coping has now been laid for the 6th time, no cracking as of yet, but they put the coping for the skimmer box off 100mm out so its very difficult to get the skimmer basket out also not a very neat or straight job also it has been laid 10mm lower than previous 5 jobs attempts. The new deck around the pool sits 10mm higher so you trip on it everytime, looks terrible.

I currently had a pool installed by Statewide pools, I went with Statewide because they were $5000 cheaper then any other company. My pool was installed in a timely manner. Im very happy with Pagey from Statewide pools. I would recommend Statewide to anyone that's wants to save money and looking for a great quality job.

We got a great deal on our pool. The team who installed the pool were great. Pagey responded to all of my questions and any concerns were sorted. Am just loving the pool and so are my family.

We had best experience with Statewide Pools, the whole process from the start to the end was seamless. We were well informed at all stages of the project and pagey & staff at Statewide pools were always available to answer any of our queries (I even called pagey over the weekend). We had numerous quotes from various pool suppliers in adelaide but found out that Statewide Pools quote was always much less then other pool companies. we saved about $7000 by going with Statewide Pools. We did our research ad found out that Statewide Pools manufacture there pools right here in adelaide , what a great way to keep local jobs , unlike other pool companies who import pool shells from interstate.
Why won't you support company who support our community jobs.
I never had a single issue with them and have recommended to all of my friends. Give them a Go! You won't be disappointed.
