      Welcome to Regency Road Child Care Centre and Kindergarten

      Our Centre is passionate about Early Childhood Education, we provide an environment rich in learning, stimulating experiences, trusting relationships and a sense of belonging for every child and family.

      We are an Independent stand alone Long day care service open Monday to Friday from 6.30 a.m to 6.30 p.m, 52 weeks a year excluding Public Holidays.We provide Quality Care for children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years.Our Family consists of Passionate, experienced educators and teachers committed to providing an environment where children can develop their learning have appreciation of their Community and respect their environment.

      We provide care and services from the ages of 6 weeks old all the way through to 6 years of age. They are the following: Baby RoomWe provide a warm, caring and nurturing environment for all babies and children. Educators focus on trust, well-being, belonging and building positive relationships with all children and families. Our educators provide a stimulating environment where children have the opportunity to explore and develop their skills through play.A partnership between educators and families is essential in assisting children to grow and learn.We provide all meals and snacks for children 12 months and overFor babies under 12 months all food and fluids are to be provided by the family Orientation visits are required before care commences, this can be organised with Management or your Team Leader at the time of enrolment. Toddler Room:Our Toddler Room provides a warm and caring environment to extend on trust and well-being for the 2-3 year old age group.Educators focus on relationships, language, independence and negotiation techniques.Children are encouraged to make positive choices and build nurturing relationships with peers and educators.The Toddler room is an environment where children can feel supported while providing opportunities for children to explore through play. The Early Years Learning Framework is the base of our Curriculum where children are in control of their own learning. Family input is essential in building the foundations of development. Pre-Kindy Our Pre-Kindy group are starting their journey towards more formal learning, encompassing all areas of development.The Educators in this group provides opportunities for children to make choices and extend their learning and development. Children are making important friendship groups, building on concentration skills and participating in group discussions and projects.Our Early Years Learning Framework provides the basis of their learning and children will have opportunities to learn and develop in their own way. Educators assist children with their understanding by scaffolding the learning process. Children are starting to prepare for transitioning into the Kindergarten group which will prepare them for school.Children are developing co-operation skills, negotiation techniques and independence, educators provide opportunities for children to contribute towards their learning in a shared environment. Kindergarten:Our kindergarten group is preparing children for their next journey to school.We have an Early Childhood Teacher which implements a structured plan each day to give children the skills for school readiness and the Community Environment.Children are given an extensive variety of mathematical concepts, physical challenges, personal choices and group projects. Literacy and Numeracy are the foundation of the Curriculum ensuring that children are confident with these skills before the commencement of school. We give children opportunities to show respect for their environment through learning and appreciation, diversity and self and social concepts are also part of the daily Curriculum implemented at the centre.
