Are your employees properly trained?
Our operators are either Cert III qualified or have received a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment from a registered training organisation for the module(s) that comprise the Cert III qualification.
What areas do you serve?
Sydney as well as Greater Sydney and regional NSW.
What materials can you cut?
We are able to cut concrete, brick, asphalt, steel, stone, rock, or other masonry products as well as any metal within these materials.
Is your company accredited/certified?
We have proudly achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & AS/NZS:4801 accreditations. We have also successfully achieved NSW Government WHSMS certification as well as CSDA Level 1 Certification.
What are your payment options?
We kindly ask for COD for smaller or one-off jobs. However, for large and repeat customers, we offer trading terms (30 days EOM).
Before you start cutting, do you have the ability to check if there are any hidden services or steel?
We offer Service Locating & GPR Scanning which enables us to identify any hidden items such as post tension cables, rebar, electrical conduits, and other voids within many surfaces.
What is the usual turnaround time to get an operator on site?
We pride ourselves on service and in most cases we are able to provide same day service within the Sydney metropolitan area.
Do you only cater for large customers?
We serve domestic as well as commercial, industrial and government sectors.
