How is contract review done?

Once the contract is received by us we will make an appointment with you to meet up and review. This is also when any pre-purchase inspections such as pest and building reports should be ordered. We can assist you in ordering these pre-purchase inspections. We will also liaise with your lender to make sure that your finance approval is on track and to expedite the matter.

How is an exchange of contract done?

Once you have received your formal finance approval and satisfactory pre-purchase inspections, we are now ready to exchange the contracts. The exchange is when you are bound by the terms of the contract (subject to any cooling-off period). Once contracts are exchanged, we will then be able to tell you your settlement date (this is the date that you become the legal owner and get the keys).

How does post-exchange work?

Shortly after contracts have exchanged, you will receive your mortgage documents from your lender. We will meet up with you again at this stage to review your mortgage documents to make sure they are in order. We will also talk to you about the payment of stamp duty at this stage.

When was the business established?

The business was established in 2008.
