The Australia Hotel or as it’s better known “The Aussie” is iconic to Shepparton. The Grand Old Dame has had a face lift in the past couple of years and is now under new ownership by Paul Tsorbaris. Paul and his family have been in the Pub game for many years, most of them in Shepparton. Combining that with his old style Publican values of service and looking after his guests along with building a great team of staff to put those values into practice will make her Iconic again.

Aussie Hotel is a premier and iconic venue in Shepparton, offering the best quality food and unparalleled LIVE entertainment. We are proud to present the Goulburn Valley’s largest Gluten Free Menu and around 85% of our meals are gluten free for which we don’t charge anything extra. These include fish and chips, parmas, and schnitzels. You will be pleased to know that we provide a dedicated Lunch and Express menu. In case you are ravenous, you can order from our dinner menu at lunch. On top of that, we change our weekly specials and have Kids Menu.

At our Outback and JACK’s bar, we offer fun-filled activities every day. The Jack’s Bar or the Sport’s Bar has full TAB facilities, including EBT and Keno. We have several TV screens, large projector screens, and two TVs in the outdoor area. When you visit our restaurant on Friday and Saturday night, you get to enjoy live MUSIC where we invite some of the best live bands to perform. We have karaoke in Jack’s Bar and DJs in the Outback Bar on Friday night, and DJs in the Outback Bar and a live band in the Main Bar on Saturday night.

You can also book our function rooms for any type of function, including birthdays, corporate meetings, morning teas, presentations, engagements, and weddings. You get access to a wide selection of menus, and we can customise the delicacies as per your requirements. In addition to this, we welcome new players on ‘Wednesday Pokers’, and offer Happy Hour every Friday from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. There is no cover charge, no need to line up, and you get a free parking space outside the restaurant.
