      Where do we make our selection from for fixtures & fittings?

      We will supply you with a list of suppliers along with our guidance, you than make your selection & we will do the rest.


      Will the cost of our house change after construction has commenced?

      Yes, only if you request extra inclusions. These will be discussed and put into writing for your approval.


      Do you organize all plans and paperwork for Council?

      Yes, we communicate with Council for you. Along with surveyors, engineers & assessors.
