FAQschevron down

My sliding door is over 30 years old and I can't see any visible branding, how do I know if the rollers are still available?

If The Window Guy can't source the correct roller we will modify and customise a roller to suit your door. This will also make future maintenance hassle free.

The track to my sliding door appears to be badly damaged will this affect the rollers?

Yes, The Window Guy will inspect the track to your sliding door and will advise weather it requires a new capping. The sharp edges on a damaged track will cut into the nylon roller creating flat spots thus shortening the life span of the roller.
