Selected a laptop from what was on offer/display - didn't have any in stock...

Was told they would order one which could be picked up in a couple of days, gave them three days and hadn't heard back, so gave them a call - yes, it's here ready to be picked up - thanks for not letting me know.

Drove all the way to get it and it wasn't there, person who took the call didn't actually check that it was there, turns out a (possibly different or maybe the same) person set it for pick up at West Lakes, not Munno Para, so yeah, it was in stock there, but still not Munno Para.

Now it can't be delivered to Munno Para for another week and half, as they are doing their stocktake or something.

So paid for it, and because of their incompetence, unavailable for two weeks.

Less than helpful person on the checkout said she could give me a second hand display model at a reduced price, as if I'm going to take that after who knows who has had their grubby hands all over it. No apology, no offer of recompense for the stuff around.

Totally disorganised and poorly managed store, when I finally get my purchase, it will be my last visit to any JB Hifi store.

Awesome service

Brought a sound bar on the weekend, couldn't work out how to set it up after I trying to down load from the book , rang upJB hifi Monday morning and spoke to CJ he took me though the steps on the phone and with in a couple of minutes we had it working , so thank you CJ for your awesome customer service it was very much appreciated
