Worst experience of our life..we do not recommend this company. .cheap chinese parts used..and when we complained we were treated horribly..our ins comp agreed and got the car repaired properly by another firm...

Unfortunately, my experience with the repair is not as good as others. The staff was very professional and friendly, but the quality of the repair was very poor. Despite having only a dented fender, the car after the first repair looked worse than after the accident. The fender didn't align with the door; there were missing bolts, wheel well liner sticking out of the car, the fender garnish wasn't secured, etc. A few days later, there was the second attempt - I got my car without the working headlight and a windscreen covered with a clear coat (or what it was), so I saw nothing when the sun came out. I'm still not 100% happy about fitting of the front bumper, but I don't want to deal with them again.

Champion service from start to finish. My first contact to arrange an assessment was dealt with quickly, my visit to the shop was polite and informative (the guy that works Saturdays, sorry forgot your name), then booking it in and the contact to inform of possible delays due to high workload over Christmas/New Year break. I will highly recommend the whole Eblen group as I get my car serviced by them too and have had no problems at all. Liza H

Have been going to Eblen for accident repairs for over 10 years. The staff have always been very helpful, polite and professional. Quality of work has always been very high, better than other crash repairers that I have dealt with. Over the years (3-4 accidents with 2 cars), we had only one minor issue of a slightly misaligned panel (fraction of an mm out, not noticeable without scrutiny) and this was quickly put right by the team. No hesitation in recommending Eblen.
