Never going back ever. I am consider one of their long term customer for car service, send the car in before Christmas and collect it back with nothing change. The engine light still on, the battery is change but the light still on, the brake is still the same nothing change, not to mention the labour charge is extremely expensive which they charge you however fees they like. On occasion the car jerk by itself and have a foul engine smells. Totally unacceptable.
