Cannot get in contact with Tony. He installed a Refurbished Air-Con in May, with 6 mths warranty. It failed to work properly within a mth. He came to re-gas it in July and said if fault reoccured he would replace the unit. It has failed agin and we cannot get in contact with him. He does not respond to phone or text messages.
