Rubbish service , avoid , Sham business operation. Dud service and no refund

I rang needing a fix for why my Nissan Navara was stalling when I hit the brakes at traffic lights. On 26/9/22, the guy that came out turned on the ignition and straight away said, "oh, it's your fuel injectors. I can hear it misfiring." He spent a little more time under the hood. Then quoted over $4200.00 to fix! While he was polite enough, I couldn't justify the expenditure without getting some other quotes.



Just a few days later, I went to a diesel specialist and the fuel injectors were fine. It was a $238 Fuel Metering Valve... $4000 less than what Auto King quoted. I followed them up with a complaint letter and all I got was radio silence.



Auto Rubbish. Do yourself a favour on your wallet and ring someone else. And don't believe a response that tells you they've never heard of you before, as they've left on other negative reviews.

Rang to get a quote. Guy was very disinterested and says he is playing tennis n its hard to hear me. Tried my best to explain what I was inquiring. His response was so demeaning to me and he was talking to me like as if I had a mental disability saying word by word loudly taking like 2 seconds to say each word to me. I was very offended. Its not even the case of bad customer service but just trying to belittle someone and unacceptable behaviour towards someone else.

Did a roadworthy inspection, car not roadworthy, ok so I'm told the faults but they can't fix them, asked when they can do it, shocks n bushes, says he doesn't have time for big jobs, was double booked, whinged about his life, sounds like they only take the easy money. Wow mechanics that won't do mechanical work, why offer this service if you can't even service the car.

Had a lot of bad experience with this company. Do Not trust them. They will rip you off. Check there reviews really carefully before calling.

Very DODGY. Research this company before calling them. Autoking literally have HUNDREDS of bad reviews online for ripping off their customers.

A big thanks to Auto King. My girlfriend & I broke down miles from anywhere, the service & assistance from both office staff & the mechanic who saved the day, had us up & running again less than 40 mins after breaking down. Can't thank you guys enough

I had an issue with my car making horrible noises so I called Auto King to have a mechanic take a look. They were able to fit me in the same day and the mechanic was even early. His diagnosis was quick and spot on! It turned out that my front brakes were completely worn down and needed urgent replacement. He gave me a quote on the spot and after making a few further inquiries myself, it turned out that his quote was very well priced, so I called him back to give him the job! My little car is running like a dream again!

Today i had a mechanic come out to me, he was very helpful and too the point, found the fault quoted me a very fair price and had me back on the road in no time at all. i will definitely be using Autoking again ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
