I had a broken lock on a screen door in the house, Brad came out straight away to have a look at it. Efficient friendly service without charging a fortune. The lock had a broken piece stuck inside, he removed it fixing the original lock instead of charging me for a whole new lock. He even offered to wave the call out fee if it stopped working again in the near future to come replace the lock. I would not hesitate to recommend Savage Locksmiths.
